Warranty Information for Our Maple Creek Builders Homeowners:
Welcome to your new Maple Creek Builders home. We are fully committed to making the warranty period a great success. As a homeowner, you are now responsible to provide preventative maintenance in and around your home. From changing the filter in your HVAC system to the caulking around your showers and bathtubs, there are many areas that you will need to maintain. It is important for you to understand the Maple Creek Builders Limited Warranty procedures.
Courtesy Walk
Approximately eleven months after your purchase, it is your responsibility to contact our office to set up the courtesy walk. To contact us, e-mail our division office with the subject line “Courtesy Walk, lot #, sub-division, address, last Name”. If you do not have access to e-mail, send a letter to our corporate office address, “ATTN: Warranty Dept.” requesting the warranty walk. Be sure to include your sub-division, lot number, address, and telephone contact information. All warranty requests must be in writing (letter or via email).
In this walk we will review and correct any warrantable issues you may have. This list will be prepared by a Maple Creek Builders representative and will indicate items to be corrected. If there is ever any question as to if a particular item is covered under your limited warranty, please call our office. We will correct any warrantable items. The generated list will be completed in 30 days or less in most cases. Access to your home, ordering parts, or other issues could be a cause for delay.
Emergencies:
If you have a problem or concern in your new home that is an emergency situation, follow the procedures as explained by Maple Creek Builders. An emergency would constitute a safety hazard to your family or a situation that would cause further damage to your home. Your safety is a priority for your builder.
